Hi everyone,
I'm sitting here and I have so much on my mind I would like to share with you, I don't really know where to start! So much is happening, and at the same time, I am trying to enjoy my holiday and the peace here at my new home.
I had my youngest son visit for a couple of days, and I am just so, so proud of him. He lost 50 kilos, so we went shopping for some new clothes. My dad didn't even recognise him! These are such precious times, especially when we live so far away from each other.
My beautiful friend and colleague Elinor was also here, and we finished her visit last night with some crayfish, which is a tradition here in Sweden. Unfortunately, I think I got some food poisoning, so I spent all night hugging the toilet… a little tired today, but feeling okay and so excited for our class tonight!
So much is happening in our community!
It feels like I'm bombarding you with information sometimes, but I also feel like this work is so, so needed right now. I'm thrilled to share a few things that are coming up:
New Courses in Sweden: We are starting up new courses here for Swedish speakers, with a chance for students to get proper training and a certificate when they are ready.
A Magical Week in Spain: Our English course with me and Elinor in Nerja, Spain, is returning for its third year! It is the highlight of the year in an absolutely gorgeous place.
Progressive Mediumship 2026: I have just sorted the dates for next year's Progressive course. Based on your feedback, we'll be having more sessions, but for shorter times (3 hours instead of 4) to make it easier for everyone.

An Invitation for Tonight
With all this talk of new things, the most important thing for me is our time together. I am so looking forward to our Journey with Mia session tonight. It is our sacred time to connect, to practice, and to sit in the beautiful energy of the spirit world as a community.

I hope you have all had a beautiful summer. I'll be hoping to get out on the lake tonight after our class for some fishing and to enjoy the peace.
