I'm just back from a slightly crazy day — passport at the police station, bank card cancelled, Spotify down, the whole list. But honestly? That's life, isn't it.

The lovely part: I came home and my little cat refused to leave my side. I've been away a lot lately and she's been missing me. And that's a nice feeling.

There's also a small surprise with dad. He's eating, drinking, more awake than he's been in a long time. I don't know what shifted — maybe he's off some of the medicine — but I'll take any good day we get.

So — a catch-up email today. A few things on my mind, and one invitation I really want to extend.

This Thursday: Eva Joins Us

On Thursday, June 4th, my dear friend Eva Gullskog from Norway joins us as our guest teacher inside Journey with Mia.

I met Eva years ago — first at the College, when I was a tutor there. And watching her grow into the medium she is today has been one of the great joys of this work for me.

She's a brilliant medium. A certified esoteric astrologer. A healer through the Norwegian Healer Association. A Few Other Things on My Mind

A few quick notes before I let you go.

On Sunday, I'm doing my first ever full demonstration online — together with my old student (now my colleague) Fredrick — for a Danish spiritual organisation. I'll be honest, I'm a little nervous. I love demonstrating more than anything, but I've never done a whole one online. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

The week in Nerja gave me something I didn't know I needed. Time to sit in the power every day. Time to blend with my team. Something inside me has woken back up around my trance work, and I'm grateful for that.

And in July, my dear friend Hanne joins us as our guest teacher. The funny thing — I taught Hanne spirit art for years. And now she's teaching me aquarelle. It's very hard. Very uncomfortable. And I'm loving every minute of it.

That's the spirit of this work, isn't it? You never stop being the student.

One Last Thing

I planted flowers on the porch yesterday. Pots full of colour, all the scents of early summer. I love this time of year — the warmth, the light, the way everything wakes up again.

I hope wherever you are, you're getting some of it too.
