Hi everyone,

I'm sitting on the train on my way home, and I just had to write to you while it's all still fresh.

I've had a fantastic time in Stockholm with the Stockholm Spiritualist Forening — and I wanted to share it with you.

It's been a great couple of days. I did a demonstration where I really felt spirit close to me — holding me with their energy. It went very well.

Even the first contact was a copy of my father. And somehow, I managed to keep my emotions out of the way.

If you've been following my journey lately, you know that's not easy right now. But that's what this work does — it holds you. Even when life is heavy.

I also ran a two-day course on platform technique, and it was really fun. I even got some really good messages from spirit myself. That doesn't always happen when you're the one teaching — so it felt like a gift.

I'm exhausted. But in a good way.

Because I now realise how tired and emotionally drained I was from everything that's happened over the last weeks. This trip was a breather I didn't know I needed.

Sometimes you have to step out of your daily life to see just how much you've been carrying. And being in the energy of spirit — surrounded by people who understand this work — it reset something in me.

I'm grateful for that.

On April 14th, Fredrick Haugland joins us as our guest teacher — and the topic is one I think every single one of you will relate to.

Is it me or spirit?

I don't think any of us escapes that question. That little voice that wonders: is this information actually coming from spirit, or am I just making it up?

Fredrick will share tools to help us find the balance — how to sit in the back seat and let the spirit world take the wheel. How to work with our most common senses and trust what comes through.

He opens with a quote from Gordon Higginson that I love:

"Before you can touch the spirit, you must find it within yourself. The spirit can never touch you and bring love and peace within your being, and from your being, until you found it for yourself."

Here's what makes this even more special to me: Fredrick started out as a student of mine. I've watched him grow so much over the years. Even after I gave him his certificate, he kept developing — kept pushing himself — and he is now my colleague and a very good medium in his own right.

I'm proud of him. And I know he's going to bring something really valuable to all of you.

Next Thursday I'm off to Holland to work with Anneke — who was actually a guest teacher with us last month. It's going to be a full and beautiful week.

I hope nothing devastating happens with dad so I can do my work again. But for now, I'm choosing to look forward. One day at a time.
