I've met thousands of spiritual people over 30+ years. Many of them complain endlessly about how unkind the world is, how people aren't nice to each other, why everyone behaves so terribly.

Then they behave exactly like what they're complaining about.

So what's that all about?

The Mirror We're Afraid to Look Into

People are terrified to look within themselves. I was too. What if I found something bad in there, you know?

But here's what I discovered: the soul is beautiful. people might do bad things sometimes, but the soul isn't bad.

The problem is most people won't do that work. They walk around saying "love and light" while carrying jealousy, anger, disappointment, envy - all the emotions they judge in everyone else. They post beautiful spiritual quotes but won't face their own shadow side.

It takes real courage to accept your flaws. To admit "I'm jealous" or "I get unreasonably angry" or "I can't stand my own parents sometimes." It's painful. So most people just... don't.

What Private Sittings Taught Me

After thousands of readings, I've learned something crucial: when I tune into someone's auric field and sense their soul, I see the light within them. The beauty. Even in the angry ones, the bitter ones, the ones carrying decades of pain.

Not everybody is evil. The soul is pure.

That taught me to stop judging people because you never know what they're going through just to survive in this world without crashing and burning.

But here's the hard truth: a lot of spiritual people - including mediums - don't see themselves. They're selfish, egocentric, walking over bodies to get where they want to be. "My way is the highway," you know?

And I find it so sad because there's so much potential there. They would be so much happier if they just had that little bit of courage to look at their own flaws.

Why This Matters for Real Spiritual Work

If you can't look at yourself honestly, you can't do real spiritual development. And you definitely can't do trance work.

Trance requires brutal self-awareness. You have to know which feelings are yours, which are spirit's, and which are your ego trying to perform. You have to accept that you might be jealous of other mediums, or desperate for validation, or afraid you're a fraud.
