I've had some questions about the Nerja retreat, so I thought I'd share a bit more about what this week is really like.
Because honestly? This is my favorite course of the entire year.
Why I Love This Week
We have a limited number of students, which means we become a tight little spiritual family. There's a security in that. A trust. You can be yourself without worrying about what anyone thinks.
It's not about performance. It's not about evidence within our mediumship.
This is a self-reflection week.
It's about having an experience with yourself and the spirit team that is working with you. Finding your own way. Your own journey.
Last year, the students wanted to find the connection between spirit and themselves—so we did a lot of exercises sitting with spirit and trance work. We always ask you on the spot what YOU want from the week, and then we take it from there.
No pressure. Just relaxing, exploring, and discovering.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
We start at 10am in the morning with sitting in the power or meditation. After that, we work together.
You'll also have a free day in between the work days—time to explore, sightsee, or just relax by the pool.
And one evening, we all come together at our place where my hubby cooks for us. Those evenings are always special.
The Place
We have a beautiful villa with a small pool you can use whenever you like. There's also a bigger pool at the restaurant available for a small fee (which you get back at the end).
Nerja itself is a quaint little village, but with walking distance to the Balcony of Europe and the beaches. There's good shopping and lovely restaurants. I did some real bargains last year. 😊
The Practical Bits
When you arrive, we try to coordinate with everyone who's booked so we can share an Uber or Bolt from the airport together—saves on costs. I think it was around €50 last time (forgive me, my memory isn't the best with these details).
That first evening, we have dinner together at the restaurant by the reception. And of course, we meet you there to show you your accommodation.
